Annual Meeting

We are holding our Annual Meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, June 12th, 2024 at 5:00 pm, at our Main branch located at 3901 E 10th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57103.

Please note that there will not be a member vote at this year’s Annual Meeting (see details below).

Board Election

As previously announced in April, Service First Federal Credit Union has one open board position. In accordance with Service First Federal Credit Union's bylaws, the Board Chair appointed a Nominating Committee to nominate a candidate to fill the vacancy on Service First Federal Credit Union's Board of Directors. The Nominating Committee has nominated one member to fill one position on the Credit Union's Volunteer Board of Directors for a terms of three years: Guy Eich. No petitions were received for this year's election.

With one candidate for one available position, Service First Federal Credit Union will not conduct an election by ballot for 2024. Per Service First Federal Credit Union's Bylaws, if the number of nominees equals the number of open positions, the election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor.
