The outage of our Online Banking and Mobile App is due to inclement weather in Texas, where our vendor is located. Texas was hit especially hard with winter weather, which has caused power outages for the majority of the state. More than 3 million people are without power in Texas and it is going to take time to restore services like heat, water, and gas. This outage is not just affecting Service First, but many banks and credit unions in the United States.

We want to assure you that even though Online Banking and the Mobile App are down, our servers are still operating. We understand it is a major inconvenience as many of you regularly use these services. Transactions, checks, and other services are still being processed.

You can stop by any of branch locations for assistance, or give us a call at 605-336-1047, during business hours. After hours you can use Balance Plus. Balance Plus is a free, 24 hour-a-day voice response system that allows for easy access to transaction and account information, as well as the ability to transfer money between accounts, all through a touch-tone phone. Call Balance Plus at 605-336-0721 or 1-800-456-1692.

ATM and Debit Card users may experience transactional limitations due to communication interruptions. The current daily limits are $500 for ATM transactions and $1,000 for purchases.

You may also experience issues with our online consumer loan application. If you are unable to submit an application online, we are able to assist you in-person at one or our branches or you can call and speak to a lender at 605-336-1047.

We apologize for the extended disruption to our online services and appreciate your patience. We will keep providing updates as they become available to us.
