Online Switch Kit

Our online switch kit makes the process of switching your accounts over to Service First quick and easy!

Simply click the "Switch Kit" link below to get started. You may print out the kit and fill it out by hand or fill in the fields directly on the forms with your computer. If you choose to fill out the forms on your computer, you will still need to print them out and add your signature by hand if you do not have an electronic copy of your signature on file.
